The guound oil most pupar in the world and have more higher nutrimental .Our vegerable oil line is complete phyiscal method for pressing ,so the oil is best quality for human edible .

it mainly use the medium type oil press to reduce the residue oil and improve the yield .

Main process for this line.

1.Clearing process

this process mainly clear the materials for pure ,also rid off the impurity ,such as iron ,straw,clay ,stone etc.

Also to rid the hull and shell system ,because the hull of seeds would occupy the 20% or so,which would effect the output oil rate ,and add the consumptation of power and labour ..

2.Pre-pressing process

Regarding to the capacity less than 50ton/day .

We usually adopt the medium type oil press machine for ridding off the residue oil of cake ,only once to press the seeds to getting the whole oil from the seeds .

Regarding to the bigger capacity ,it is necessary for using bigger oil press machine ,we adopt different model presser for different oil seeds ,for example ,rice bran ,it is better for using Extruder machine than oil press .

3.oil extraction process

we use the advanced oil extraction vessel ,which the tech is from Europe and adjust it better under our experience ! it could use consume the less impregnant, reduce the equipment required and more safety .The final cake would be better for animal food .

Normally it is necessary for more than 50t capacity . The final residue oil would be less than 1% .

4.Oil refinery process

Our predominance is the power is small ,the structure is more rationalization ,under our tech the user could get more yield !

Regarding to get the different grade oil for edible ,we should adopt the different method ,such as groundnut oil is better for grade 4,which would hold all necessary nutrient .But for cottonseeds oil,it is necessary for neutralizing,decolorizing,deodorizing,and dewaxing !!

5.Waste air processing system

it is necessary for the pure air in the workshop for the workers' healthy .

normally it is cyclone ok,but we suggest the client to match with the bag dust catcher better .

6.Controlling system

Our line is matched with the more sensors for controlling the feeding ,and the temperature of seeds ,also the whole line . So it reduce the labour ,and improve the working efficiency .
