The Rice Polishing Machine of 6NP series is newly developed according to characteristics of both home and abroad advanced machines by our company. Multiple spaying is adopted and the watered rice is polished while the temperature and in-let amount of water are adjustable. The water supply is even and simultaneously with the pace of supplying water with out-feeding while stopping water with break-feeding is at the same time. Rice is polished under the dually effect of the steel polishing roller, stainless steel screen and high-pressure draught. A crystal layer is formed on the surface of rice granule, so the rice can be kept for a long time. It is a special device for wash-free rice.
