FAMILY TYPE BIODIESEL OIL EQUIPMENT

It is suitable for pressing rapeseeds, soybeans, sunflower, palm seeds, coconut meat ,etc for the biodiesel oil .

Explanation :

Vegetable oils and animal fats are triglycerides, containing glycerine. The biodiesel process turns the oils and fats into esters, separating out the glycerine. The glycerine sinks to the bottom and the biodiesel floats on top and can be syphoned off.

The process is called transesterification, which substitutes alcohol for the glycerine in a chemical reaction, using lye as a catalyst,.

Only give the small scale family biodiesel producing mill .

1. Oil press process 

Extract the oil from vegetable plant ,to get the vegetable oil and the cake,who could be feedstuff . The line use the special Bio-system oil press to make the raw oil ,with the purer,clearer ,lower consumptation ,lower colloid .

 Oil filter 

Clean the vegetable oil for ridding off the big oil dregs .

2. Reactor and settling system

a. rid off the water. The water could reduce down the reaction and cause saponification (soap formation) .

b. transesterification

Pump the oil into the reactor vessel, heat it to 55 degrees. To add the methanol into oil and add the lye for the catalyst for the reaction, to get the mixture of the glycerine and the rude biodiesel oil.

c.Settling process

 Pump oil into settling vessel for setting for 8-12 hrs, it's clear (not colourless but translucent) ,the top is biodiesel oil and the bottom is glycerin.  

D, washing

Use the pure water to wash it for 1-3 times for remove the soaps,excess methanol ,residual lye,free glycerine and other contaminants.  

So the biodiesel oil is ok,only the water require to be removed.

e. Drying

Rid off the water from biodiesel oil .

e.Cooling

Cool the final biodiesel.

f.Now you could use the final product, biodiesel oil, to run your diesel engine car.
